The people behind the purpose
Many people.
One shared effort.
The Million+ Strong Initiative is led by Baskerville Squared Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in March 2020 and founded by Markus Baskerville.
What we believe
Children deserve to be known, challenged, and supported. Teachers deserve meaningful compensation, resources, and working conditions that help them teach effectively.
